The school runs a "Uniform Exchange" where parents/guardians/carers can either donate, buy or exchange school uniforms, e.g. sweatshirts. polo-shirts, t-shirts and jackets. The 'Exchange' is situated in the P1 / P4 cloakroom area and is open daily via Mrs Gregory in the School Office. All clothing is donated by parents/guardians/carers and the money received from the sale of uniforms is given to the school's Parent Council who use it to benefit our children's learning, to subsidise school trips or fund activities. Items of clothing can be purchased for £1.00 per item OR they can be 'exchanged', like for like, e.g. you can donate a polo-shirt to the 'Exchange', as long as it is in good enough condition to re-sell, and then take a polo-shirt in its place which is in a similar condition. The 'Exchange' is always in need of donations of school uniforms which have the school logo on them and such donations are greatly appreciated. Please hand donations of clean school uniforms (with school logo) in to the school's reception area. The 'Exchange' is run by one of the school's Parent Volunteers, Mrs Joyce Kilgour-Blaikie, with the help of the school's Admin. Officer, Mrs Gregory. Anyone wishing to contact Mrs Kilgour-Blaikie regarding the "Uniform Exchange" should leave their contact details with Mrs Gregory in the school office and she will get in touch.
