COLLECTING CHILDREN In order to maximise children's safety and security, only designated adults will be allowed to collect children from the Club. Parents/guardians/carers should discuss their child(ren)'s collection details with the Club Manager when booking. In the interests of safety, parents/guardians/carers should remind their child(ren) on the relevant day(s) that they will be attending the Club. The Club and the school should be notified of any changes. Children will only be permitted to leave at the end of a booking with the person(s) named for collection on the "Registration Form". The Club should be informed in writing of any changes to the named person(s) in order that records are kept up to date for security purposes.
LATE COLLECTION OF CHILDREN If a child has not been collected by 6.15pm, the Club will call the emergency contact number(s) detailed on the "Registered Form", to arrange collection. In the unlikely event that the child has not been collected by 6.30pm and Club staff have been unable to speak with any of the emergency contacts, under the conditions of the 'Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001', the Social Services department will be contacted for advice. In such circumstances, parents/guardians/carers will be responsible for any operational costs incurred because of late collection. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/carer to ensure that all person and emergency contact details held by the Club are up to date.
