BOOKINGS Places must be booked in advance to ensure there are sufficient staff in place to care for the children. To ensure a safe and reliable service and efficient collection procedures, regular weekly or monthly bookings are strongly recommended. This can be arranged in advance by completing the "Registration Form" with relevant details. Bookings can also be made via the Club's mobile telephone - 07950 216 858 It is also recommended that parents/guardians/carers notify your child(ren)'s class teacher(s) of the days which your child(ren) will be attending the Club - particularly for Nursery, P1, P2 and P3 pupils.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS The Club understands, in emergencies, places may be needed at short notice. In such instances, please contact the Club as soon as possible on the mobile telephone - 07950 216 858. If it is outwith the Club's normal hours, leave a message and contact details and the Club Manager will confirm if a space is available as soon as they can.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/carer to notify their child(ren) and the Club Manager of any changes to normal bookings, whether the changes are temporary or permanent. Any changes to bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance, if possible. Any booking which is not taken up without prior notice will be charged for at the normal rates.
CANCELLATIONS If your child has a place booked and they are not able to attend, for any reason, please contact the Club Manager as soon as possible - 07950 216 858. This not only maximises children's safety, but also saves time and allows the Club to offer places to other children if necessary. Bookings which are not cancelled, or which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged at the normal rates.
